SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES

1. Standard Delivery Time:

  • Mumbai: Estimated 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Tamil Nadu, Kerala & North East India: Estimated 4-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Rest of India: Estimated 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

2. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically dispatched on the same day or within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Dispatch and delivery times are subject to availability and logistical constraints.

3. Force Majeure Clause:

  • The Company shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or delays caused by courier partners.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY MECHANISM

1. Dispatch Procedure:
Upon successful payment verification, your order will be:
✔ Identified, grouped, and quality-checked.
✔ Securely packaged in compliance with industry standards.
✔ Handed over to a trusted third-party logistics partner.

2. Delivery Attempts:

  • Our logistics provider will attempt delivery at the registered shipping address.
  • In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the recipient’s unavailability, the logistics partner will contact you to arrange for re-delivery.

3. Failure to Deliver:

  • If the recipient is unavailable after two attempts, the package may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.
  • If the order is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the Buyer, Crispy Meow is not responsible for any losses incurred by the User.

SHIPPING CHARGES

1. Domestic Shipping Rates:

  • Orders below ₹350: Subject to a flat shipping fee of ₹60.
  • Orders above ₹350: Eligible for free shipping within India.

2. International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

PACKAGING STANDARDS

1. We adhere to high-quality packaging standards to ensure the integrity of all shipped products.
2. All items are securely packed in sturdy boxes with an additional protective layer to prevent damage during transit.
3. If an order arrives in a damaged or tampered condition, you must notify us immediately with photographic evidence for resolution.

ORDER TRACKING

1. Upon dispatch, a tracking number along with courier partner details will be sent to the Buyer via email or SMS.
2. The order tracking feature will be available within 24 hours of dispatch.
3. Customers may track their shipments using our designated courier service provider: Shiprocket - Track Your Shipment.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Crispy Meow accepts the following payment methods:
✔ Cash on Delivery (COD)
✔ Net Banking
✔ Credit/Debit Cards
✔ UPI & Digital Wallets

2. Order Processing for COD:

  • The COD option is subject to verification and may be restricted for specific pin codes.
  • Failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

1. Risk of Loss:

  • All products purchased are shipped under a contractual agreement with third-party logistics providers.
  • Once dispatched, the risk of loss and title for such items passes to the Buyer. Crispy Meow shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.

2. Address Accuracy:

  • It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details.
  • We shall not be held responsible for undelivered or delayed shipments due to incorrect address details.

3. Non-Liability for Courier Delays:

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Crispy Meow is not liable for unforeseen shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or government regulations.
