REPLACEMENT POLICY
Crispy Meow strives to deliver products in pristine condition. However, in the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, a replacement may be issued at the sole discretion of Crispy Meow, subject to verification and confirmation by our support team.Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:- The product must have been received in a damaged condition due to packaging or transit issues.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all tags and accessories.
- You must provide the purchase receipt or order invoice (electronic copies are acceptable).
Replacement Process

- Our team will evaluate the request and notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the replacement.
- If approved, a replacement product will be shipped within 5-10 working days from the date of approval.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation is permitted under the following terms:- Cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a replacement in case of damages caused in transit.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at info@crispymeow.com with the order ID.
- Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment source.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only granted in specific cases where:- A replacement product is unavailable.
- The product was found to be damaged or unfit for use upon delivery and cannot be replaced.
- The refund request was approved after inspection of the returned product.
Refund Process

Non-Refundable Items
